We offer many options of shipping our products directly to you. You may choose to ship by Canada Post Xpresspost, DHL Shipping, or UPS. We will send your product directly to your front door by the most efficient and cost effective means depending on your needs. Our products are shipped and handled directly from our supplier Brooks Feed Store in Port Perry and the rates are based on an average shipping cost by weight.
- Dimensional Weight Surcharge: For larger items carriers require a minimum weight based on the package size. For packages below this limit the minimum weight calculation is the weight used to determine shipping cost. In these cases you will see a larger shipping weight associated with the item than the actual weight.
- Oversize Fee: If a package is large enough a $45 oversize fee can apply. Not many packages qualify for the $45 fee. This is shown on the product page for any item in which the fee is applicable.
We will typically process your order within 1 day of receiving it. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will normally get your order in 3 - 10 business days. Some items will take longer. Most products are in stock. If a product is not in stock, the site will NOT allow you to place it in your cart, but you may sign up for an alert to notify you when stock has been replenished . A valid shipping address is required. We can not ship to POB or military APO address. Customers that enter a Post Office Box, APO or an invalid address for shipping are responsible for additional return or change of address charges that may occur.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
What can delay my order?
In the case of larger monetary value orders it may be necessary for us to contact you for order authentication if the billing and shipping addresses are different. In these cases there can be a delay in the shipment of the order.
